What is .ULP file extension?
Program run by CadSoft EAGLE, a PCB (printed circuit board) design program; contains a program in C-like EAGLE User Language; includes a description of what the program performs and author info.
ULP files are used to create custom features. They can be used to modify internal EAGLE data, produce data, and perform instruction sequences. The EAGLE program includes ULP files but you can also download them from CadSoft's website.
