What is .HFT file extension?
Document template created by HotDocs, a software package used for document generation; saves a template for a digital form, often for a legal or insurance form; can be published to an .HFD document by filling the fields with user answers.
User answers can be filled into the form manually or from a pre-populated .ANX answers file.
NOTE: The HFT format is based on the Envoy page layout format, which was an early competitor to Adobe's PDF format. HotDocs also supports PDF-based templates, which use the .HPT extension.
